Healthcare Administrative Assistant

Healthcare support professionals are critical team members who help patients have positive experiences.

Ridgewater College students learn extensive medical terminology in pharmacology, pathophysiology, anatomy, and physiology. They learn to prepare and maintain medical and financial records, schedule appointments and help patients address insurance and medical-legal issues – all while maintaining strict information confidentiality.

Graduates work in a wide variety of settings, from clinics, hospitals and specialist offices to medical research facilities and health insurance companies.
