Think of it as a safe space to talk things through, learn more about yourself, and get support from someone who’s trained to help. Whether you need a quick check-in or need extra support, we’re here to listen- no judgment, just support.

Your personal well-being is deeply connected to your academic success. When life feels heavy, it’s hard to stay focused on school. Mental health support can help you manage stress, build coping strategies, and feel more in control.

FREE Virtual Mental Health through Mantra Health

Mantra is Ridgewater’s online mental health partner, offering free, confidential virtual therapy and psychiatric care for students. Get support from licensed providers from the comfort of your home, day or night.

Ridgewater College students have access to Mantra Health via their online portal.
